Courier Customs Amendments and Reclaims
Often when goods arrive on a Courier / Express service, with Companies such as: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc., then unless it is clearly stated otherwise, your goods will be declared to Customs in bulk, with other shipments, as permantly imported new goods. This can result in a lot of shipments being incorrectly declared to Customs and duty and/or VAT paid when none was due.
If this has happened to you, then we at UK Import Services Ltd can assist you to submit an post clearance amendment to UK Customs and reclaim any duty and/or VAT if paid incorrectly.
If your goods have arrived by Royak Mail and are at the Heathrow World Distribution Centre (HWDC) and you have received a 'SPP' reference which is on the Notice of Arrival, then we can help you.
We can offer a competitive price for our fast and efficient Customs clearance service. We will also use our experience to clear and deliver your goods without incurring any extra costs.
Please see the 'Courier/Parcels' section on 'Our Services' page or contact our Imports Team for further information, advice and our charges for this service (T): 0345 309 6360 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
