Courier Customs Amendments and Reclaims

Often when goods arrive on a Courier / Express service, with Companies such as: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc., then unless it is clearly stated otherwise, your goods will be declared to Customs in bulk, with other shipments, as permantly imported new goods. This can result in a lot of shipments being incorrectly declared to Customs and duty and/or VAT paid when none was due.
